Is there a long-term contract?
No. Monthly services are month-to-month. You may cancel an active paid subscription at any time without a cancellation penalty. MedRankers work ends immediately upon cancellation, and future recurring payments stop.
How does the new-client Diagnostic offer work?
When a new client starts Core, the $500 Visibility Diagnostic and setup are included at no additional cost. When a new client starts Growth, the $750 Visibility Diagnostic and setup are included at no additional cost. A separately purchased standalone Visibility Diagnostic is $500 and non-refundable.
How does the Anytime Money-Back Guarantee work?
Cancel an active paid subscription at any time and MedRankers will refund the most recently paid monthly management fee. The refund is not tied to results or the 90-Day Top 3 Target. Prior monthly management fees, separately purchased Diagnostic fees, advertising spend, software fees, citation fees, and other third-party expenses are non-refundable. Limit one refund per client or practice.
Will we own the work?
Your practice remains in control of its Google Business Profile, website, analytics, and tracking accounts. MedRankers uses separate role-based access wherever possible. Ownership of client-specific content and newly created deliverables is documented in the proposal or service agreement. Third-party tools and licensed assets remain subject to their respective terms.
Do you need access to patient records?
No patient records are needed for standard Local Pack and GEO delivery. Do not include protected health information in inquiry forms, shared content, review workflows, or reports.
